Yes, we can provide a list of various suggested speakers and instructors for your retreat, along with customized list of local group activities, tours and projects.
Clients are responsible for paying for the Venue, Food & Beverages, Audio Visual, Promotional items (gift bags), Housing, Transportation and any additional fees or services included in the retreat. The Planner is responsible for planning and managing all of those services and staff.
Planning timelines can vary. For 7+ day retreats, one year in advance is considered standard, however 6 months of focused planning time can also achieve success. For 3-5 day retreats, 6 months is recommended, however 3-4 months of focused planning can achieve similar results.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract. Payment options are available.
